Very very slow service and lazy counter officers. Waited 30mins for 5 pax in front just for a normal withdrawal. The worst public bank that I ever been.

Super-slow counter staff in this branch. There are not many people in the bank but yet the service is extremely slow. Staff rather chat and joke with each other. Shameful service from the once vaunted public bank.

I ask have new banknote to change or not yesterday lunch hour, the staff said yes, still got a lot, but only can change the banknote from 9.30am - 11am. I go change banknote today 9.30am, I am the 1st person there, he said no banknote to change ady. He is very rude. bad service...

Incorrect information given by staff that affected the rates of my FD for 3 months. Nevermind that, they called to inform me of a 1 day exclusive FD but failed to informed that it will forfeit the current interest, good thing I was vigilant to ask. At the end I withdrew all my savings and went to Maybank where they value customer more.
